Our new sandwich board 🥪 is such a beautiful example of how amazing partnerships 🤝 can be - what started with a incredibly thorough and detailed sketch (swipe to confirm my bright future as an artist 😎), was completely taken to the next level ⬆️ by @wheremyyy
The original idea was to increase visibility + signage in our windows - we wanted the signs to tell our story 📖 and provide a bit more information on what we do to our community. As @wheremyyy started to sketch ideas, I got to thinking about how cool it would be have our own “advertising” legacy signage (like the vintage advertising we love so much at the shop), to be able to swap out the signage based on the latest/greatest happenings ♻️ and be mobile to go wherever The Mustache Cat goes (festivals, events, etc.)
Official brainstorming ⚡️ began and through a series of texts, emails + in person chats @wheremyyy captured what was in my brain 🧠 (a wild place) and made it even better than I could have imagined.
This piece provides us with all the legacy + flexibility + creativity + swap-ability and we are SO incredibly thankful for partnerships like this one that make these crazy ideas a reality 🧡
