Holy Cow! We’re adding to our team
My love for being part of a team likely stems from sports - being part of something bigger than yourself, having folks you can rely on, and a crew alongside for all parts (good + bad) of the adventure. In my professional life, I’ve been lucky to be part of some very special teams that made me better and delivered some pretty cool things for our organizations.
It’s probably not shocking that I am incredibly excited to grow the team at The Mustache Cat, but with the growth I also find myself nervous - the customer experience at the shop has been completely up to me until this point. Meeting customers, telling stories of the products in the shop, helping style or find the perfect piece has fallen on my shoulders. Letting go of the control is part of the beauty and growth process (I continue to remind myself) - so in that vein…we’re hiring!
Currently looking for a part-time human to work at the shop a couple days a week:
Part-time hours (6-12 shifts a month to start)
Wednesday-Sunday availability
Retail experience - previous small business experience would be lovely!
Passion for vintage + home + decorating
Interest in growing into a long term member of the team would be a bonus
